Be strengthened, helped, and encouraged from above today!

If that is going to occur, we need to recognize we need it. This is a recurring theme of mine but one I know is needful, very needful every day. I know it’s needful for me…desperately so.

The truth is we get the help from God that we need when we need it every time. In crisis, facing seeming insurmountable obstacles like the mountains and giants the Bible talks about.

There is no one beyond God’s reach and nothing happens outside the boundaries of His oversight. He watches over every life…and sometimes, He is waiting for you to call upon Him.

He may be waiting now…so call, call with desperation, call loudly…call with passion, love, faith, and zeal.

You see, we are dependent on Him for so much, so much that we need every day. Daily help, daily strength, daily guidance…and so on, and on.

We don’t just meet with God once a week but daily and it should be multiple times a day. Jesus is my source…He is my oxygen, my food, and nourishment. This is how to properly characterize our relationship with Jesus.

[Psalms 18:6] “In my distress I called upon the LORD, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.”

There you have it and that is our confidence. God who is directly and intimately connected to each and every one of our lives is there, always there for you.

[Psalms 119:145-147] “I cry out with my whole heart; Hear me, O LORD! I will keep Your statutes. I cry out to You; Save me, and I will keep Your testimonies. I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word.”

Why don’t you make that your prayer this morning?

Maybe this isn’t a real time of desperation, doesn’t matter…We need Him and we need Him today, to guide, protect, encourage us along the way, and help us…even when we may not see our need.
