There Is More — Part 1: What Awaits Us

There is more—so much more—for us to experience as a result of our life in Christ.

There is a vast chasm between what we know and what remains unknown.

How much greater revelation awaits us?

How much richer and more expansive are the experiences in Christ Jesus that still lie ahead?

What we now know and have already experienced pales in comparison to what is yet to come.

Scripture Focus

1 Corinthians 2:9

"But as it is written: 'Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'"

So much awaits us.

God has so much in store for His children.

I believe the Lord is eager to draw us closer to Himself so that we may receive a greater glimpse and a deeper revelation of who He is and how immeasurable His love is for us.

Scripture Focus

1 John 3:2-3

"Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure."

This is what makes our life in Christ so rich...

So exciting...

So full of anticipation.

It is about what is yet to come.

It is about what God has prepared for us that we have not yet experienced.

Both now, in this life, and throughout eternity, it will be one great adventure as we continue discovering the immeasurable greatness of God and the glory He has prepared for those who love Him.

Today's Challenge

Take time today to think beyond the limitations of this present world.

Allow your heart to be filled with anticipation for all that God has prepared for His people.

Draw closer to Him each day, knowing that every step of faith brings you into a deeper understanding of His love, His glory, and the eternal future He has promised.
